Boneco 7144 - ultrasonic warm / cool mist humidifier

This ultrasonic humidifier is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms or any room around the home or office up to 60m².

Unlike other ultrasonic units this humidifier has an anti-dust demineralisation feature. A major drawback of using ultrasonic humidifiers is that minerals in water fall out into an atmosphere when the water evaporates; this causes large amounts of dust to build up in the room being humidified. This ultrasonic uses a demineralisation cartridge to treat the water prior to release which reduces the affects of this happening.

The Boneco has a digital display that shows the current room humidity level and allows you to set your desired relative humidity. An internal hygrostat will then control the unit's output accordingly.

The water released into a room can either be cool or warm. The water can be pre-heated within the unit up to 80°C helping to eliminate bacteria and viruses. When it is released into the room it is still a comfortable 40°C so it will not cause the ambient room temperature to decrease.

To keep the humidifier operating at its peak efficiency the demineralisation cartridge will need to be replaced every 2-3 months (this may vary depending on the hardness of the water). Replacement granules or cartridge can be purchased from www.airandwatercentre.com
