Master/Slave Humidifier Gives 990kg/h The ElectroVap MC electrode boiler humidifier from JS Humidifiers can now be used in a master/slave system with up to 11 units chained together providing up to a massive 990kg/h of steam to an air handling system.

All 11 units within the chain are fully proportional with the humidifiers providing equal output and taking equal wear, making predicting and managing maintenance much easier.

The ElectroVap MC delivers pure, sterile steam for raising the humidity in air handling units and air conditioning ducts and is the only WRAS approved electrode boiler humidifier in the UK. Units are available on next day delivery and come with solid stainless steel electrodes as standard. This increases the life of the boiling cylinders making the unit much more cost effective to run and enables the unit to work on softened and low conductivity water.

The humidifier’s straightforward design and operation makes it extremely reliable and its micro-processor control provides responsive control over output. An easy-to-read backlit display panel gives data on real-time humidifier performance, humidifier configuration and the opportunity to easily change the operating parameters of the unit. Also, standard on every unit is remote feedback for BMS users.

Individual ELMC units are available in seven capacities from 5-90kg of steam per hour, with either cleanable or disposable cylinders. The ElectroVap MC has been designed to make maintenance quick and simple for the disposable models. One button drains the unit, then simply un-clip the cylinder and replace with another.
