New JS Damage Resistant Humidifier Cylinder JS Humidifiers is launching a new damage resistant humidifier cylinder for its range of electrode boiler humidifiers, the ElectroVap MC. It is made from a new type of high density polypropylene that will withstand severe handling and mistreatment.

This means that the small percentage of units that arrive on site with damage from transit will be eliminated and mistreatment on site will not result in the inconvenience of having to order a replacement cylinder.

The new cylinder also has advanced solid stainless steel electrodes that are much more durable than other low-grade steel mesh electrodes, which are used in competitors’ units. This gives the cylinder a much longer service life as the electrodes do not degrade as rapidly.

As the boiling cylinder is the most frequently replaced element within a humidifier it is important to use materials that are environmentally friendly. As well as being damage resistant, the new cylinders from JS are totally recyclable allowing electrode boiler humidifier users to stay within environmental guidelines.

Lastly as an additional safety feature the plastic is also fire-proof, ensuring that in the case of a plant room fire, the humidifier would not contribute as a fire hazard.

The ElectroVap MC range of humidifiers, which the new cylinder is fitted into, combines ease of operation with excellent value for money. This advanced self-generating steam humidifier is suitable for air handling systems and direct air use. The ElectroVap MC offers both disposable and cleanable boiling cylinders, plus special cylinders for soft water if required.
