The JetSpray humidifier produces fine sprays of moisture directly in the air which evaporate quickly to raise the relative humidity to the level you need. Correct humidity ensures good product quality, stable storage conditions and gets the best from plant and personnel alike.

A JetSpray system provides consistent humidification automatically, day after day, year after year, with low running costs and very little maintenance.

At the heart of the system are the precision engineered atomizing nozzles which use compressed air and cold water to produce fine sprays with an average droplet size of just 7.5µm.

Mains, demineralised or sofened water can be used and, thanks to the unique self cleaning system there's no risk of blocked water jets.

The system uses 46% less compressed air than its nearest competitor at just 0.1254SCFM/litre of water per hour or 0.274 free air delivery (FAD).

JetSpray nozzles are strategically located to give an even humidity level but they are equally suitable for spraying directly onto minerals in many process applications.

Nozzles are controlled by a JS control panel which switches the humidifier on and off automatically to provide the stable conditions required. High quality components mean reliable, repeatable performance and there's a fail-safe system to ensure that water cannot flow unless there is enough air for a fine spray.

The control panel has a built-in service warning light to remind you when maintenance is required: in many situations, only annual servicing is needed to ensure years of trouble-free operation.

There's no need to heat the water in a JetSpray humidifier so running costs are less than a twelfth of using steam. However, unlike other cold water humidifiers, the JetSpray is a completely hygienic humidifier thanks to the unique JS PureTec system. It's totally sealed and regularly purged, so contamination is prevented.
